Terms of Service

By accessing or using RELAI (“the Service”), accessible at lapisai.id and operated by PT Lapis Kecerdasan Buatan (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RELAI is an AI-powered productivity workspace that provides chat, image generation, video generation, presentation building, research, knowledge base, and seasonal campaign features (e.g., Eid Greetings, UI Open Days Yellow Jacket Try-On). The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Features, quotas, and availability may change at our discretion.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one personal account.
• Workspace / tenant accounts are governed by the agreement between us and the organization administering the workspace.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law (including the Indonesian UU ITE and UU PDP).
• Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit (including non-consensual or minor-involving content), violent, hateful, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload photos or likenesses of other people without their explicit consent.
• Use the Service to create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading media depicting real persons in a manner intended to deceive or harm them.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, tenants, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' use of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service or its outputs in a manner that competes with us.
• Bypass quotas, rate limits, or paid plan boundaries.

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, prompts).
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.
• AI-generated outputs are produced based on your inputs. To the extent permitted by law and by the underlying AI providers' terms, you may use AI outputs for personal and lawful commercial purposes.
• AI outputs may not be unique; identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar prompts.
• We do not guarantee any particular intellectual-property status for AI outputs. Some outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection under Indonesian or other laws.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

• AI features consume from your account's quota or plan allowance.
• Quotas may differ between free, Pro, Enterprise, and campaign-specific tiers.
• AI outputs are produced by third-party language and generative models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.
• You should review AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for any decision-making.
• We may modify quota allowances, model availability, and feature pricing with reasonable notice.

• New users may receive a trial allowance of AI features.
• After trial expiration, AI features may be unavailable until a paid plan is active.
• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are issued only where required by Indonesian consumer protection law.

• Some features are offered for a limited period (e.g., UI Open Days Yellow Jacket Try-On until 8 May 2026, Eid Greetings).
• Campaign features may have separate quotas, eligibility rules, and cutoff dates.
• We may end, modify, or extend campaign features at our discretion.
• Content generated through campaign features remains subject to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, fit for any particular purpose, or non-infringing.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Lapis Kecerdasan Buatan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Lapis Kecerdasan Buatan, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms — including, without limitation, third-party claims relating to photos or likenesses you upload without consent.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for activity that creates risk to us, the Service, or other users.
• You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
